I’ve got a problem…got a job…have 3 IRS liens for back taxes but have arrangement which allows me to pay this out and I am currently keeping up with
this satisfactorily. Also have had a judgement with a bank but have been faithful and am keeping up
with designated payments with full approval of the
bank. I will not be having any problem with these
payments … but you can see how my credit may be.
I want to get into investing in real estate …
but have to do it recognizing my credit history.
QUESTION … of all the courses on creonline.com
… which can I start out with recognizing my
problem …I ultimately will take more than one
course. I don’t know whether Lease Option is best or try to work out what I have heard can help
