Starting someplace new is sometimes a good thing…a new change of scenery, change of attitude and weather! Here are some “first” steps;

  1. Get to know the real estate values in your target area. Know them inside and out.
  2. Get acquainted with the local investment club.
  3. Get to know a couple of GOOD agents who are active investors themselves.
  4. Get to know a good attorney, title company, accountant, appraiser, inspector. All these make up your “team”
  5. Get a list of prospective buyers…retail, wholesale and investors.
    Just my 2 cents, happy investing.

Im looking to move from my present state to a new locale, and I want to focus on real estate full time. What are some of the first steps when trying to set up somewhere new?
