I’d like a recommendation as well. I live south of Boston and have been checking local newspapers online, which is time consuming.
Other places I’ve tried all charge a monthly fee for the service.

Grow up. If you want to get in to this business, there’s going to be monetary outlays you have to make. I’d say finding leads is the most important, don’t you think?
I googled “MA Foreclosure Listings” and in about 1.7 seconds I had a site that had the entire state’s foreclosure listings.
Stop whining and suck it up. Otherwise, leave this site and go watch Dr. Phil.
