Forgot to mention the property is a single family home.
And is one of the smaller models in the neighborhood.
3 bedroom, 1 and half bath.

stated income arms on investor properties? - Posted by Jim

Does anyone know of a lender where I can get a low interest investor loan, for example a stated income arm. I have good credit and lots of equity in the property. Only need a 70 percent LTV. Don’t make enough to qualify conventionally.

Currently on at 5.875 on 15 year fixed, but experiencing negative cash flow and want to turn that to positive!

Rental market is relatively low so I am satisfied with my new rental income and can’t raise it.

Property is in Chicago Suburb.

Thanks,

JIM

As a real estate investor and a loan orginator I would suggest an interest only ARM if you are looking for cash flow.

Email me and I can give you details.
