For anyone who has had (or currently has) a property that just won’t sell due to odors from mold/mildew, cat urine, cidar/cigarette smoke, etc., you know what you have gone through to erradicate the problem. I have a solution for Sick Building Syndrome that I believe should be in the tool box of every investor, simply because it works without ripping out carpeting, replacing drapes or gutting the interior.
