Go to a local storage facility, ask about renting a space, and ask for a copy of their contract that you can take home because “your wife” wants to see it.
Mine is a combination of several I looked at, plus things from my apt rental agreement, plus some of Jeff Taylor’s (“Mr Landlord”) ideas. If you still need one then, I’ll see if mine is online somewhere.

I am going to rent half my garage to the gentleman from whom I am buying my house. He wants to keep his classic car there, and I don’t need the whole garage. Does anyone have a rental agreement for something like this that I could possibly get a copy of? If not, would anyone happen to know where I might find such an agreement. Thank!
