I?m planning on using a straight option to tie up a piece of property. I have an option form but it does not have all the information found in a basic Purchase and Sale Agreement. My question is do I just use the option now or should I attach the P & S Agreement as an addendum? Or am I way off track?

You may need to get a different option agreement. Your option agreement should give S&P details. If you need, I could e-mail you one.
