My two best purchases are coming from a local Tavern !!! One house I picked up last summer for 7500. Now, it’s not a wonderful house, but it has a Tenant in place and will pay me back in just over two years !!!
The second, I have not closed on yet. Still trying to get inside the house and in front of the seller. But I am going to offer 5k for it. I’ll probably side it and carpet and paint and sell it for 35k. This lady is an alcoholic and is going to jail for three years. I don’t know what for, but I suspect drug use. So, it’s not an area of town I would live in, but it’s not a war zone either.
Flyers in Taverns !! Now that’s a funny one. I wonder what disclosures I need to buy from a drunk?
