Good day everyone.
I am currently a sophmore college student on an F-1 (stuent visa), valid for my four-year course of study. My situation is that I am burning up inside because I want to get into real estate and want to know if there is any way that I can conduct this business while still in school. Students are not allowed to work off-campus for outside employers during school time, but in this case I will be self-employed and controlling the business from on-campus. I’ll probably have to go off-campus to evaluate the properties or do any necessary rehabbing though. I am not sure how it will work out, but if any of you have any ideas, please respond to this message as soon as you get the opportunity to do so. I will be very grateful for any responses, ideas, leads, etc. that I may elicit from this forum. Thanks.
