it depends on how you want to see your revenue flow through to you, how much liability protection you are looking to receive etc. i recommend to stay away from a partnership bc they are not as beneficial as an llc, ‘s’ or ‘c’ corp from a tax perspective.
currently i have member llc’s and ‘s’ corps (wanted you to know i do know what im talking about.

where is most of your revenue generated from? what are your major personal expenses? business expenses?

John,
I am in the process of starting to do some Lonnie deals in the state of Fl. I am doing this with my brother and a friend. What is the best vehicle for us in regards to forming a corp. or partnership or would you recommend something else. Does one defer or limit taxes better than the other? Thanks in advance for you’re help.
