How do you qualm a seller’s fears about the due-on-sale clause besides explaining how it probably won’t happen?

What if for some strange reason it really does happen and they’re ticked 'cos they’re liable? What do both parties do in that instance?

I’ve read all the articles in the Article section regarding this.

Thanks for your help and time!

Frankly, I’ve never seen a seller who was truly concerned about his. More likely, his concern is what happens if you don’t pay it!
