No, his signature is not required since he is no longer an owner. However, he is still on the hook for the loan.

The owner went through a divorce last year - the husband is still on the loan, but he quit claimed her the house. So for purposes of doing a Subject 2, would his signature be required on the documents as well? Does anyone know?
