Can anyone recommend a GOOD “Subject to course/book”, or have one for sale?

You might also check out getthedeed.com.
This course is very detailed. If you only wanted to do subject to deals, this will get you going quickly.

Bill Gatten’s Pactrust is a better way to do subject to deals. Higher end houses in nice area is where the most profit is.

The last 4 deals I have done have been subject to deals. I have used the forms from Bronchicks Cash Cow.

I sold two on CFD from the course and two L/O from his Lease Option course.

Whenever I had a question I emailed him direct and received an immediate response.

Best of luck

Terry

thanks for the info. Could you give me a real example? I tried to get a simple understanding of the PACtrust in the archives but couldn’t, but I will check on this again.
