Original loan: 230,000
Current Balance: 3,000
interest rate : 10.5%
Monthly Pi: 2,000
Annual taxes 4,000
insurance: 400

Is this a workable deal? I know he has to refinance to get his equity out of the house. Where do i go from here? Thanks.

Yes according to the seller. He wants to move and he wants to move now. I told him I would get back to him on what I am able or not able to do for him. Is there anything here? Of course you can tell I am newbie.
