I’m doing a deal subject to the mortgage. I would like to have the sellers sign a disclosure spelling out where they stand on the liability for the mortgage, etc.
Does anyone have such a disclosure which you could E-mail or fax to me 219-232-9312. I would appreciate it.

Joe, I think there’s just such a CYA on Bonchick’s site for free- www.legalwiz.com. By the way, if you’re going to start doing “subject to” deals involving land trusts, I strongly recommend his course. It’s pretty darn cheap, as these things go.
