One way is that it is going to be a MOTIVATED seller. They are the only ones that you really should deal with any way. As far as helping them overcome there fears…You need to build relationships with sellers and trust. It does go both ways. Your last question is obvious and that is to make money and stay in control of the transcation.

I want to know how in the world do you get someone to deed you their home under subject to contract. How do you overcome their fears of messing up ther credit in case you don’t make the payment?They are taking a big chance on getting ther credit blemished.Why do you need a deed anyway???
