Once the deed is siged over to you at closing make the back payments up. If the sellers don’t vacate after closing…evict them, it is your home now, not theirs.

-I have a subject to deal in progress.

-I will agree to pay his loan up to date. When is the best time to do that for my sense of security. I say it should be done at the time the moving van that I paid for, is loaded and pulling away from the curb.

-Is this to harsh? If any earlier,and they don’t leave, they are now out of arrears and almost become squatters on my deed! Since I’ll make the mtg payments going forward, who would have it better than them, if they decide to stay put!? I believe I’ve thought of every snag,as this owner is ready and willing–just fine tuning the walk money.
Any perspective appreciated.
