What you are asking for is a full article at the least, or a course to get detailed info.
The good news is this, you can find all that info here.
Take a look at the articles posted here, specifically things by William Bronchick, about “Beating the due on sale clause”.

I think there are two articles, part one and two, on the “How to” section here.

How do you get the loan info and taxes, insurace set up so you can make the payments with out “due on sale” being enforced.
