Hi All,
I just wanted to thank everyone on this site for the education and encouragement I have received over the past several months. I had been studying CREI for over a year before I stumbled across this site and learned about doing Lonnie Deals. At first I thought it was crazy to invest in something that would depreciate so rapidly, but the more I read the posts here, the more it sank in, until the light bulb finally went on.
I bought my first MH at the end of March and it has finally closed today. It was an educational experience to say the least. All in all though, it is a profitable deal and my yield is the high 80% range. I am happy with that for my first one.
I am looking forward to the next one, and I am sure that it won’t take so long this time to wrap it up.
