Hi all.

Can anyone give me a brief run-down on what exactly a “subject to” contract is and what it relates to (i.e. lease/option,etc.)

And maybe what the bennies are too, if ya don’t mind.

Subject too, could be a contract contigency clause. Like “This contract is subject too acceptable financing to buyer”…get the idea!

Course GURU’s and investors use the same clause in a techinque buy “purchasing homes subject too existing mortgage”…Contract clause!.

The techinques used in the transcations is where someone buys the home and leaves the loan in the seller’s name. Benifits are numerous to explain in a short time. But do a search in the archives there is a TON of information.
