Does anyone know about Super Bowl Rentals? Where to advertise, how to price etc? I have a few which are close to the venue. How do you determine what they are worth and what to look out for and how to document them, security deposit etc. They run the gamut from luxry to just a place to stay. How would you suggest we proceed?

It may be too late for that now, but I was in Atlanta in 1996 when the Olympics were there. And I lived in a neighborhood within walking distance (1 mile or so) of downtown and a number of venues.
I put up flyers to everyone on our block and we had a meeting to see who was willing to rent out their house.
We put a booklet together with pictures and details of each house. And mailed those to the various sponsors. Several of the houses were rented out that way.
Having a number of houses in close proximity was very attractive to companies.

There is a company that does this. I forgot there name, but everytime we host a bowl they put there signs up. I saw one last week for the upcoming bowl saying they will pay you up to 1k a night for your house. I hope this helps.
No experience with such rentals but two of the best venues for exposing such a thing are eBay, with an auction… and sell to the highest bidder. The other would be Craigslist.
I would think that you should start seeing other rentals advertised and like any other commodity, the price is set by competition. You should be able to get a feel for this by other ads. No doubt the demand should be strong and you should do well. Are these furnished rentals…? You might want to post the pics of the houses on a dedicated website and in your ad give the web address. This way you could expose the houses in their best light for best possible exposure and price.
I have seen such things for other sporting events and often times offered with tickets to the event as well. Or if you could “hook them up with tickets”, via a quote for tix from a ticket broker, it makes it kind of turn-key. This could set you apart from another competing rental. Some of these pkgs go for BIG dollas… Good luck on it.
