I would like to know how to research the park insurance policy regarding swing-set coverage. The owners are advising the tenants that swing-sets are not allowed and that his insurance will not cover it. Would the tenants home insurance cover such things as swing-sets?
Could the tenants add a rider to cover the swing-sets? Where could I find out more information on this matter, the tenants have children but the owner of the park tells the tenants “thats why they make local parks”
