Are there any investors from NE? If so, what do you know about Sydney and the surrounding area?

I have a local investor who wants to unload a property back there. It was his home until he met a local lady. Now he wants to sell the property so he can move on with his girlfriend.

Before I decide what I want to do I would like to get a more local perspective if someone happens to know the place.

Not from Sidney (correct spelling) got stranded there in a dust storm a few years back, I can tell you it’s about 100 miles past where god lost his sandals and in between nothing and nowhere but here’s a link to a web site with Sidney population and demographics.
