Wow! These are the houses you want my friend! Perfect for wholesaling. Just because they’re tagged doesn’t mean they’re ready for demo. They may just have code violations. Find the owners from the assessors office and make offers at 50-55% of market value then find investors to pay 3-10k more than you had them under contract for. Good Luck Feel free to respond

I’ve recently heard about houses that the city’s code enforcement department “tags” for severe code violations. This may be one step away from demolition or condemnation. Who has bought a house this way? How was the process?

I would for sure contact your city dwelling code officials.Anyone can get the details of the code violations on a property and they will also tell you whether or not it is scheduled for demolition.
I would hate for your investor to go look at it and OOOPS! it’s not there anymore.Has happened.
And yes, these are exellent flip to rehab investor properties!
