I was wondering how some of you structure your bank notes on your mobile
homes? If you allow title to go into the buyers name but you as a lien holder
and you keep possession of the title, do you keep a “power of attorney” signed
by them at the purchase, to just sign them off if they walk away?
Or do you need a lawyer to get the legal owner on the title?
What complication have arisen on your repossessions?
