Never mind, I just go through Bill’s pro-buyer ILC. Buyer pays for both.

If I buy a property through land contract in CA.

  1. What’s the custom as in who pays for property tax?
  2. What about fire insurance policy?
  3. How about in owner carry sale and ILC?
