Just went to a seminar put on by these guys, I believe they work nationwide. Fee’s are $350 for each half of the exchange. + or -. Hope this helps.

I would also recommend Asset Preservation. They did my first exchange earlier this year and it was the most trouble-free closing I have ever had. VERY knowledgable staff and even put up with all of my silly first-time questions. Check out their web site at www.apiexchange.com . Good luck,
