Don’t know that you need a course. Check with your county treasurer, or whom ever does the sale, and they’ll tell you the ropes.
I’ve done it before, but as soon as our market got hot, they turned over too fast, so it wasn’t worth the time it took to go bid on them is what I found in my area. Depends on what’s involved in your area and how much time you have to spend at it.
You buy them and when the owner pays the taxes current you get your money back plus whatever the interest rate, which is usually high like 11%-16%.
