I need some help on this one. I have a AVM - $671,125, Default amount - $132,000, Tax lien - $165,710, Transfer Value - $95k, Back payments - $5,748,The sfr was bought in 1985,it needs approx.30k in repairs.
This is all the info I have now. My question, can I flip this to an investor, or am I wasting my time? Also, what exactly is a “Transfer Value”. This is in the state of California. dsgreen33@yahoo.com
