What kind of taxes? County property taxes? State tax liens? Federal Tax Liens?

Different taxes require different approaches.

If it is property taxes, forget it. Either pay the taxes or resell the property to somebody else and let them pay the taxes.

My situation, I have a dont wanter who is willing to deed the property to myself. Her father had deeded the property to her just before he passed away. My question is there are back taxes on this property when the father had owned the property, What can I do? Is there any hope of elemanating some of this expense? The property is in PA.
