Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of Ted thomas? I recently got a direct mail piece offering me a package on how to purchase bargain properties/foreclosures art the court house steps. It costs about $200 and I’ve spend literally thousands of courses and packages but wanted to know more about flipping properties and how to go about doing them. My quesion is do you thin the course is worth it?
Anyone who has purchased or seen/read his course, your comments would be greatly apprecited. Thank you
