Just a quick note to follow up on our great discussion below. Wisconsin Court system has a web site that is free where you can run a quick background check on folks. The prospective tenant had multiple court appearances for not paying bills and an appearance for domestic violence. I called him and informed him that I do not rent to folks with domestic violence problems (Thanks Ryan). I am not going to let these type folks into the parks where I work. I would not want them for my neighbor and I am not going to dump their problems into the parks where I want to continue to work. Thank you to everyone for their input.
