Sandy, I’m still plugging away. Got it extended until May 10th. Called 3 lawyers about creating a note to sell. To creative for them. One told me I had to be selling the property to do it. I’m confused. If I have this thing figured out correctly, it would offer a 17% yield in 12 months. I’m just not comfortable writing it myself this first time. I also don’t know how to fund the HUD purchase with an investor buying a note on a property I haven’t closed on. I’ll keep searching though. Thanks for asking and thanks to all for the responses. Hey I was just wondering if any of the suggestions
we gave you were helping? Are you able to delay the
closing if needed? Did you locate any hard money lenders
in your area? Or … have you gone to note network and
listed a note for sale? If you have not, try that, just
write up the facts about your transaction and you will
get quotes on what you need. Good luck and please let
us know how you are doing,
