April 3rd is coming quick…

Tell me more about the deal… Numbers, we need the numbers. Are you and the deal in or near the Dallas area?

Lenny,
You could formally request an extension through the F/C attorneys if you have the Loan Authorization. I’ve not had success with that, but know others have.

Alternatively, the lender will easily allow an extension if you have a legitimate purchase contract you can fax them. In my limited experience, the lender has no problem extending if they will be paid off in full by allowing enough time for a closing to happen, even if the contract has outs.

Or, find something techinically wrong with the filing (wrong county, address, etc.).

That’s about it from me…

bankruptcy, temporary restraing orders, partners with money work to solve the problem. Is there enough equity to really work with?

Just pulled up your email, looks like Austin, I’d get ahold of Tim Randle or Stephanie Dawson.
