Brian, do you happen to know if this HB 1460 did get passed by both houses and signed into law by the Gov?
And if so, what’s the statute # so I can check it on the Legislature’s website?
I’ve done a good bit of TX investing over the years and have been looking at some MH deals in some of the 254. (counties in TX)

I’m still looking over this stuff myself. I have done only one deal, so am not licensed. All this stuff is such a hassle.
