assigning your beneficial interest in Texas for a fee… there is no way to protect your original seller… if they default…
Assign the contract and get a release of liability…

I am about to do my first subject to deal. I am interested in networking with any others in Texas who have the ABC’s course and/or are doing subject to’s. I would also like to ask if anyone has assigned their beneficial interest to their tenant buyer for a fee? This is a great site!

Get a release from the seller and the new buyer.
A good assignment contract will handle the new buyer but get the release from the original seller.
Do not just give your position to the new buyer.
