Try Dubois and Associates Insurance Agency 817-390-2300. Ask for D’Ann Woodle or Teresa Childs.

Texas investors…

I was told this week that State Farm, Allstate, and Farmer’s Insurance are not writing any homeowner’s policies in Texas. I use State Farm for most insurance needs, and they wouldn’t even write a policy on a rent house I am buying.
I had to pay an outrageous amount to an independent company.
What are you Texas investors doing? How much are you paying and who is offering Home Insurance for tenant occupied houses?
Thanks,
Travis

It’s true. We are also long time State Farm customers. We tried the others also.
We’re buying a condo for our daughter and that has been a major headache. We did get a very reasonable quote from a company called Republic.
