first i want to thank all of you that came back with
a response last week after my sale that cost me about
$4000.i found out that the senior park it was in had a very
low resale value compared to all other parks around here.
i assumed (and you know what happens when you do that)
it was worth a lot more than it was when i bought it,so i
learned a big lesson.Lonnie i want to thank you for your
roller coaster story it gave me something to think about.
Im looking at a m/h to purchase on saturday,lets see what

Joe,
Glad to see you are not giving up. It is a very exciting and profitable business. Look for the motivated sellers. Spend time learning what you can sell the Mobile for in each park you are working in and than you can make a below wholesale offer. Your profit is made on the buy side. Be patient and you will find the deals and be successful!
