I just wanted to say thank you to all who have helped me with my lease option. I leased optioned my property tonight for three grand beyond fair markert value and $3000 in my pocket. I just bought a property that I am going to live in… a brand new home that will be paid for by my tenants. The info on this sight is great!! Thanks for your great contributions. It can be done. I have made more investing in RE part time than my regular JOB full time in the past three years!!! Thanks all. For those who don’t understand. It can be done and it is hard work but well worth it. Study, study, study and stick with it. Thanks all.
