After weeks of checking out this group, and absorbing the info, I’ve sent away for the CS course. Hope most of the techniques work in Canada. Wish me luck!

It does work. I have recenltly purchsed 2 duplexes using Carlton’s tecnhiques with none of my own money. I didn’t have any. This time last year I had no idea that I would be in REI. One night I watched the show about the 100th time. Wrote phone # down and called. The rest is history. Very glad that I bought it. I still go back and listen to tapes and re read. You can’t review enough. Good luck!
