I wanted to post to this group a thank you to everyone who has posted great questions and to everyone who took the time to answer them. You people amaze me at how selflessly you are willing to help other people get started in this business. I don’t know how succesful all the folks here are but I would imagine all of you have had some degree of success and some degree of failure. I would be very interested in knowing how well some of you folks did anonymously if you like. Or email me would love to talk. I am just getting my feet wet and am curious as to what the true opportunity is here. Also any info on lease options would be great. Especially a solid book recomendation. If your still reading I would like to thank you again for putting up with my jabber.
