Just read your post, trying to catch up on the last few days. I too am waiting on Lonnie’s books but have been doing his method for the last year in central Nebraska. Lots of challenges getting started, and educating the customer. Conseco has the market to itself.

Thanks to all who responded to my previous post about what to do when you have used up all your investment funds. I’m starting to get a much clearer idea of how this all works…spent last night reading all the old posts and that really helped. Can’t wait to get Lonnie’s book for more “ins and outs” of the biz.

I live in a fairly rural area of Nebraska, though the town I am in (the largest around) does have several parks. I’m wondering if there is anyone else doing Lonnie deals in Nebraska? I would be interested in hearing about your experiences, if so.
