Steve, Lyal, Tony, and everyone else. I appreciate the help with my most recent ad. I finally sold the little mobile that was bugging me…the phone rang so much it annoyed me!
It fit one young couple just right. They had an agreement with a shady investor who put them in a 10 year “deal”. They would have paid over $36,000.00 for a 1984 mobile that needed re-plumbed, had roof leaks and literally had critters coming inside through holes in the floor.
The one I sold them is small and old, but in very good condition and is done depreciating. IF they take care of it they could move on to something better in 4 or 5 years.

Taken back note for 4k. 190 per month for 24 months.
You’ll have to punch it into a calculator, mine is out in the truck.
