Dennis,

Absolutely no posts are stupid. This is a forum where you can ask questions and get them answered by some of the best.

Keep on posting.

I just got a call back from Ed Garcia on a workshop he and Terry Vaughn are holding in my neck of the woods.Seems I am way too new to understand the principles and methods that are being taught there.I understand totally, and just want to thank them, because I realize I am an extreme newbie and do not want to get bogged down trying to assimilate all the info I am coming across. We will be studying and preparing to try this stuff out starting 4-8-2000.As i just said,I want to thank each and every one who has replied and encouraged my sometimes naive and stupid posts.

Hi Dennis,

You are such a nice guy, you make me feel bad in turning you down.

I want you to know that I did it for you. As you know you wanted
to go, but I didn?t feel it was fair to you with your limited experience.

As I explained to you, so many times a newbie is on the excitement
plan and don?t realize how much work it takes to be a real-estate investor.

Terry and I both agree that?s it?s not fair for us to take advanatage of the
Hype mode a newbie is in at the beginning of REI.

I want you to know that I don?t necessarily discriminate against a newbie,
and will allow a newbie to attend the workshop if they are committed.

What I mean by committed is, are going full time, or put enough quality
time into procuring real-estate that they will benefit from our workshop.

As you get more experience, our workshop will be more meaningful to you.

Once again Dennis, Thank you for showing an interest, and I wish you well
In your new REI venture.

Ed Garcia
