Hey all,

I just wanted to take a minute to publicly thank karp (Karl) for spending some time with me in DC last week.

Once we got past the being obnoxious and scaring small children part (just kidding) of the afternoon, I received several REI ideas which will make 1999 start with a very big bang.

One in particular, if I follow through on it, will net over 6 figures per year in cash flow from money that was completely inaccessable to me. Karl came up with a way to make use of an otherwise dead asset that will make it happen. Not a bad way to start…

Anyway, if anyone here hasn’t taken the time to peek underneath - the fish really knows what he’s talking about.

I had a blast.

Michael

Michael,

Hey, I should be thanking you for helping me decide to blow off most of February and hang out in Austin…hehe

Well I will either see you in Feb in Austin or March in Dallas.

Thanks for your insights!
