Thanks to those of you who responded to my “Who do you work for”. If it works great, but that point about positive cash flow was a good question. It’s too bad you couldn’t answer it. I have been in the home building business for several years and have owned property. Property I built myself. So I am not totally ignorant of the Real Estate business. Read the point again. It’s nothing personal against him. I’m just questioning his “falling off a log” marketing. He’s a good salesman. Reeeeally good!! I am looking to get more properties without building them. But trouble, I don’t need!
