BEWARE OF THE AFFORDABLE HOUSING NETWORK.
IT IS A SEMINAR THAT DAVE DEL DOTTO PUT ON AND OR HAD SOMETHING TO WITH OVER THE SUMMER.(98) THEY PROMISED TO REFUND YOUR TUITION IF YOU USED THE STRATAGIES THEY RECOMMENDED AND IF YOU BOUGHT A HOME WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF THE SEMINAR.
SO I BOUGHT ANOTHER HOME WITHIN THAT TIME. THEY DID NOT DELIVER, NOR DID THEY RETURN ANY OF MY CALLS, NOR DID THEY ACCEPT MY LETTERS. (I HAVE THEY UNOPENED/REJECTED LETTER TO PROVE IT). WELL NOT BEING ONE TO JUST GIVE UP, I CALLED THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THIS IS WHAT THEY SAID…
