You’ve just come across what I teach, and that is, there is on one BEST lender. It’s a matter of identifying which lender is best suited for you and your deal at the time of your acquisition.
Each lender can pay a part if, an investor understands the value of each particular lender. But yes Rafael, there is a different part that each lender portrays, a NITCH if you will.
I think as an investor we should learn what these varies sources do, because our livelihood could depend on it. The more moves you have in your bag of tricks for deal making, the more opportunities you have of doing a deal. If I had the time, I would go over the advantages and disadvantages of each lender. But I’m afraid that would take up to much of my time for today. You’re on the right track Rafael, so pursue it.
