We hear a familiar theme with those of us that are
starting out in real estate investment. How can I
learn-what courses do I take-how do I get money to
invest, etc.
A good story is a tenant I had. He wanted to make money
in real estate so he signs up for a $5,000 Robert Allen
course and dont get me wrong I firmly believe in learn- from courses and the big guys who have made it but hes telling all he learned but hadnt made a deal yet. He was cought up in LEARNING hiding behind seeking all this knowledge. I jokingly said " Im starting a seminar myself and its only $2500. The whole course is 5 words-all the knowledge you want boiled down to these 5 words-BUY LOW SELL HIGH. Any beginner can do this. Dont make the process some
big complicated thing. Making $ is simple.

Hi,

For $2,500, that’s $500 per word. I assume your giving a 20% discount because BUY(1) LOW(2) SELL(3) HIGH(4) is one short. Where shall I send the $2,000 check for the seminar?
