Call your board of realtors and see if you can become a member and get access. Usually you can get access to everything but actives. Find a friend or make a friend who is a realtor and have them run some stats. If you can get a copy or view a copy of a mls book, usually there are all kinds of stats in the front or back of the book.
There are differnt stats for differnt price ranges and areas, so thats why you may need detailed searchs for specific areas and locations. Some stats in the books are just general overall for a Township or County which may have pocket areas.
